A Mediaspree icon awakens to new splendour. First a cold store in 1929, later the headquarters of Universal Music. From 2026, the building complex will reconnect with its urban surroundings, from the Spreeuferterrasse to the Sky Garden of STRALAUER ONE - the "Like Home" office. We have developed the matching brand and a lively marketing website.
