In 2017, Blackstone acquired the modern Axel Springer Passage in the heart of Berlin's historic newspaper district near Checkpoint Charlie. Following the planned departure of Axel Springer SE, OfficeFirst is marketing the building for new anchor tenants with modern infrastructure and under an independent name. Together with Celexis, we are helping to reposition the unique potential of the property in the hub of Berlin as a forward-looking hot spot.
